APACHE JUNCTION, AZ — The Apache Junction Water Company is actively repairing a water main break on Baseline Road. The break occurred between Idaho Road and Winchester Road. As a result, crews have closed that stretch of roadway to through traffic.
Drivers should expect the road closure to remain in effect for most of the day. Therefore, motorists are urged to seek alternate routes and plan for delays in the surrounding area. The Apache Junction Water Company says it will issue additional updates as repairs progress.
Crews will notify the public once the roadway has safely reopened following the Baseline Road water line break.
