Pinal County supervisors delayed the State 48 Microschool permit vote to Nov. 18. The applicant seeks a ruling on whether 'school' covers microschools.

Pinal County's P&Z commission recommended a 4,696-acre SR 79 industrial site 7-2. An employer could run its own data center there.

Apache Junction may take the SR 88 stretch through town from ADOT. The Idaho Road transfer would add $700,000 to $1 million a year in maintenance.
