Casa Grande City Council reviewed a draft effluent allocation strategy on March 16 that would divide treated wastewater 40/40/20 among industry, housing, and a strategic reserve.

Casa Grande council backed recharge and a reserve in its effluent allocation strategy at a February 17 study session. A draft strategy document is expected within weeks.
