San Tan Valley, Arizona — We are proud to announce a historic milestone in the journey toward incorporating our community, we are officially on the ballot!

Earlier today, the Pinal County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the election for the San Tan Valley incorporation effort, after we secured more than enough signatures to qualify.

“This has always been about giving San Tan Valley residents local control and a local voice. Now, for the first time, San Tan Valley residents will get to choose the future they want—at the ballot box on August 5, 2025,” said STV INC Chairman Tyler Hudgins.

Being unincorporated is the most inefficient and wasteful use of taxpayer money. Every year tens of millions of our tax dollars go to fund other cities and the county.

Incorporation means 100% of our tax dollars stay here, working for us.

We’re done with just car washes, dental offices, and storage units on every corner. It’s time for local control — to attract restaurants and more businesses, improve our roads, and plan for a future that reflects our community.
