ELOY, Ariz. — A motor home was destroyed by fire late Monday evening near the Interstate 10 interchange in Eloy, according to local fire officials.
Multiple Eloy Fire Department units responded to the blaze near Sunland Gin Road and the I-10 interchange. The fire produced heavy heat and flames that threatened several adjacent homes in the area.
Firefighters successfully contained the fire and prevented it from spreading to nearby structures. However, the motor home was declared a total loss.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
