Pinal County supervisors approved the Fieldstone development near San Tan Valley on April 22, clearing 560 homes on 141 acres at Cooper and Bella Vista.

The Pinal County Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the 560-home Fieldstone development on March 19. The project now heads to the Board of Supervisors for a final decision.
