BioBlitz | Dudleyville Park

Join us for a bioblitz along the San Pedro Watershed! What is a bioblitz? A bioblitz is an exciting event where scientists, students, and nature lovers come together to explore an area, like a park, nature reserve, or even part of a city, and try to find and identify as many different species of plants, animals, fungi, and other living things.

Everyone shares what they find through a mobile app, and experts help identify the species. All the information gets recorded, helping us protect the natural world around us while learning more about the environment today.

The goal isn’t just to count things—it’s to learn more about the life around us, raise awareness about nature, and have fun doing science outdoors. It’s like being a real scientist for a day—exploring, discovering, and helping the planet at the same time!
