The Apache Junction Police Department has launched an investigation into a suspected arson case involving two homes under construction near the intersection of Tepee Street and Idaho Road, officials announced Wednesday.
The incident occurred on the night of November 19, according to police reports. No injuries were reported in the blaze, which authorities are treating as an isolated incident.

Multiple fire departments responded to the scene, including units from Gilbert Fire Department, Mesa Fire and Medical Department, and Superstition Fire and Medical District. The Mesa Police Department also provided support during the incident.
Detectives are actively pursuing leads in the case, and authorities are seeking public assistance. The police department urges anyone who witnessed suspicious activity or observed individuals walking in the area on the night of November 19 to come forward with information.
