On March 20, 2026, a Highway Patrol Trooper observed this vehicle in a criminal speeding incident, traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on AZ-347 in Pinal County.. A speed LiDAR device recorded a speed of 100 MPH in a posted 65 MPH zone during rush hour on a Friday evening. The driver, an 18-year-old, stated he was sorry and that he was just trying to show off to his passengers. The driver was arrested for criminal speeding and reckless driving. The vehicle was turned over to the driver’s parents.
