Free Community Cleanup Event in San Tan Valley

San Tan Valley residents can take advantage of a free community cleanup event in San Tan Valley on April 24–25, with disposal for household trash, green waste, and more. The event will run from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Pinal Public Works San Tan Maintenance Yard.

• Dates: April 24–25, 2026
• Time: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Location: Pinal Public Works San Tan Maintenance Yard
• Hunt Highway & Arizona Farms Road
• Entry Instructions:
• Enter off Magma Road north of the maintenance yard
• Follow posted route to the cleanup site
• Use designated entry and exit points

Accepted Items

• Bagged household trash
• Green waste (tree trimmings, grass, plants, etc.)
• Car batteries
• Tires
• Furniture
• Appliances
• Debris from home improvement projects
• Metal and concrete

Paper shredding service will be available.

Not Accepted

• Propane tanks
• Oil, paint, anti-freeze
• Motor oil, gas
• Biohazards
• Herbicides and pesticides
• Commercial waste (contractor or business-related debris)

Additional Information

• Residents must remain in their vehicles
• Staff will unload all waste and debris
