The Pinal County Board of Supervisors approved a Special Use Permit for Arf-Anage Dog Rescue on Bowlin Road, allowing the nonprofit to continue operating legally under county regulations. The rescue currently cares for about 65 dogs, with a goal of reducing that number to 50.
