Incident at Toltec Road Store Under Investigation
Eloy police are asking for help identifying a man involved in a November 28, 2025, incident at the Circle K at 3125 N Toltec Rd.
According to police, the man became upset while using the self-checkout system. When the cashier stepped in to assist him, he intentionally slapped a cup of coffee off the counter. The beverage splashed onto the employee’s shirt and pants.
Suspect Description and Vehicle Information
After the incident, the man left the store and headed southbound on Toltec Rd. He was driving a newer gray Toyota Tundra. Additionally, a female companion accompanied him in the vehicle.
Police have released two surveillance images from the store. One photo shows the male subject. The other depicts the woman who was with him.
