Maricopa County Releases App Guide for Parents
The City of Maricopa Police Department has published a new resource to help parents identify mobile apps that may expose children to strangers, inappropriate content, or hidden messaging features. The guide includes descriptions of dozens of popular apps and is available at www.maricopa-az.gov/psa-parent-apps.
The release comes as several teens have been reported missing in recent months across Pinal County.
