The Casa Grande City Council and the Planning and Development Department invite all residents to participate in an important community discussion about housing needs and the future of affordable housing in the city. This key meeting will take place on January 15 at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers, located at 510 East Florence Boulevard.

The City has initiated the Affordable Housing Plan to better understand current housing availability and explore ways to expand affordable housing options for eligible residents. To assist in this effort, Casa Grande has engaged Elliott D. Pollack & Company, a reputable local real estate and economic consulting firm, to conduct a comprehensive study.

During the meeting, attendees will:

  • Learn about the purpose of the Affordable Housing Plan.
  • Hear about the study’s schedule and key preparation steps.
  • Provide valuable input on the housing market and share perspectives on the affordability of both for-sale and rental housing in Casa Grande.

“This meeting is a critical first step in shaping the future of affordable housing in our community,” said Mayor Lisa Fitzgibbons. “We encourage everyone to attend and share their thoughts as we work together to ensure Casa Grande remains an inclusive and vibrant place to live.”

Your input is essential to this process, and the City values your involvement in helping to address this important issue. For questions or additional information, please contact Mary Allen at (520) 421-8600 or by email
